Icons
The following icons are used throughout Poly Lens. We have listed them all in this table for your convenience along with a brief description.

Indicates if the device is Online, which means the device is powered on, connected to a network and reporting data to the Poly Lens cloud. If you hover over this icon, a popup will display with the Online/Offline status. Note: This indicator does not display for devices that do not provide status (example: Poly microphone). | |
Indicates if the device is Offline, which means the device is not connected to a network. If you hover over this icon, a popup will display with the Online/Offline status. Note: This indicator does not display for devices that do not provide status (example: Poly microphone). | |
Phone icon - The Phone icon displays on the Inventory page on the Lines column when there is Line information for the device. When the icon is selected the line number, status, registration type, domain and registration address information is displayed. | |
Linked Devices - This icon displays on the Inventory page in the Linked Devices column and indicates that one or more devices are connected to this device. Selecting this icon displays information about the linked devices and their online status. Note: Each device listed is a link to the device details page. | |
Unlinked Devices - This icon displays on the Inventory page in the Linked Devices column and indicates that one or more devices are disconnected from this device. Selecting this icon displays information about the linked devices and their online status. Note: Each device listed is a link to the device details page. | |
Connected Device - This icon displays on the Device Details page in the Linked Devices section and indicates that the device is connected to another device. | |
Disconnected Device - This icon displays on the Device Details page in the Linked Devices section, and indicates that the device has been connected, but currently is not connected to the device. | |
Provisioned (Active) icon: Indicates that the provisioned device has communicated with the provisioning server within the last 24 hours. | |
Provisioned icon: Indicates that the provisioned device has not communicated with the provisioning server within the last 24 hours. | |
Staged icon: Indicates that the device has been staged to be provisioned. | |
Resource File icon: This icon links to the list of Resource Files, to apply to this field. | |
Sun icon: Select this icon to set Poly Lens to light mode. | |
Moon icon: Select this icon to set Poly Lens to dark mode. | |
List View - Displays the devices in the Inventory in a list format view. | |
Map View - Displays the devices in the Inventory in a graphical map view. | |
Search - Enables you to search for a device in the opened Account. Select the Search icon and the Search field fully displays. Enter your device parameters and select Enter. You can search by device name, MAC address, room, device model, site, serial number, private IP, and software version. | |
Support Menu - Provides links to support links that can assist you with any questions you may have, or issues you may need to resolve. - Device Support - Links directly to HP Support. - Lens Help - Opens the Poly Lens Help landing page where you can browse through or search for specific information on the configuration and use of Poly Lens. | |
Admin Menu - Provides links to User Account, Advanced Tools, What's New, About Poly Lens, Sign In/Sign Out, and Light/Dark setting. | |
Edit icon - This icon put the page into Edit mode. | |
Refresh icon - This icon refreshes the information/link on the page. | |
Information icon - This icon presents additional information on the current field, or option with a simple click. | |
Ellipse icon - This icon is displayed on the Analysis feature, and shows the following options: - Duplicate - To duplicate the selected chart. - Remove - To remove the selected chart. | |
Collapse icon - Selecting this icon will collapse the associated chart. This icon is displayed on the Analysis feature. | |
Expand icon - Selecting this icon will expand the associated chart. This icon is displayed on the Analysis feature. |
