Driven by innovation and collaboration, Poly Labs is a collaborative program that brings you access to early-stage features and innovations designed to elevate your conferencing experience. With Poly Labs, you can help test and shape the next wave of industry-leading tools for collaboration technology.

Enroll in Poly Labs

1. In the Poly Lens cloud, select the Account you wish to enable Poly Labs on.
2. Go to the Admin menu > Poly Labs.
3. Select Enroll in Poly Labs to enable Poly Labs features for your Account.
4. Read the Poly Labs Terms, and select I agree to the Poly Lens Terms.
5. Select Confirm to enable Poly Labs.

Once you are enrolled, the current available features will be listed on the Poly Labs page. With each feature you will see a brief description of the feature, what the feature works with, and (if needed) supporting materials to help you get the most out of each feature.

Submit Ideas

Select Submit Ideas located on the bottom of the page and tell us what you think about Poly Labs. Have an idea for a Poly Labs feature? We would love to hear about it.

Explore the Feature

By simply using the Explore button, all the feature information is displayed.
Note: Each feature may have a different set of items displayed here; about this feature, supported devices, videos, etc.

From this page you can:

• Activate: Turns on the feature on supported devices or within the Lens Cloud.

• Deactivate: Turns off the feature on activated devices or within the Lens Cloud. The deactivation takes effect immediately.

• Configure: Applies to device-based features. Allows you to choose specific Device Groups or Individual Devices for activating this Poly Labs feature.

• View Report: Applies to Lens Cloud features. Directly navigates you to the Poly Labs feature in Lens Cloud for detailed reporting.

• Feedback: Provides an option to share your thoughts on the experimental Poly Labs feature. The development team highly values and carefully reviews all feedback.
