One small step toward a single pane of glass - WXP is now one click away in Poly Lens Admin Portal

Starting today, Poly Lens Admin Portal gives you a direct navigation path to the HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP), HP’s AI-driven SaaS platform designed to help you improve the employee digital experience by bringing visibility across endpoints and experience signals into a unified view, so you can spot and address issues before they disrupt productivity.

This update today builds on the momentum from WXP’s global rollout a few months ago and makes it easier for you to move between Poly Lens and WXP as you manage collaboration devices alongside the rest of your endpoint ecosystem.

What you’ll notice in Poly Lens Admin Portal​

A new HP Workforce Experience icon is now available in your Poly Lens Admin Portal. You’ll see it in:

  • Your Poly Lens Admin Portal home page: Click the WXP icon to open a short overview and video explaining what WXP is, where it fits in HP’s endpoint software portfolio, and how it can help you tackle common challenges in optimizing your organization’s digital experiences.

  • Key Poly Lens touchpoints: The WXP icon also appears in select Poly Lens generated emails and within the embedded feedback tool.

That’s it. No workflow changes needed. This release is focused on navigation and discoverability so you can reach WXP quickly when you need it.

  1. Log in to Poly Lens Admin Portal.

  2. Look for the HP Workforce Experience icon on your home page (and in other available Poly Lens touchpoints).

  3. Click the icon to view the WXP overview and video and explore what WXP is all about.
