Known Issues

iCloud Private Relay (an Apple feature) appears to be blocking connections with the Poly Lens cloud. As a result, software updates for supported devices are not appearing in the app, and images for connected devices are missing.
Workaround: Disable the iCloud Private Relay for Poly Lens Mobile app to function without any issues.
